Hope you enjoyed your Easter.  My mum and I were in Whangamata yesterday and wanted to personally thank you for the awesome job you did drying our carpet and walls.  Unfortunately you were not home when we called by hence this message. We really appreciate the hard work and hours you put in, especially since you were run off your feet helping other flood victims.  We're lucky Neville recommended you.
